Deep 4 Energy (D4E) was established in 2015 to support start up and mid-sized energy service companies in their corporate development journey. Many companies post-start up find themselves at cross-roads in terms of how to further develop their businesses. Often they require assistance with strategy, governance, additional capital for expansion, acquisitions or product commercialisation. In many cases this may require the shareholders to re-structure their business for growth. D4E can add significant value to help companies meet these challenges. Due to the broad international experience of our team, we deeply understand the businesses we are engaged with and we back this experience by investing alongside the founding shareholders.
